- This privately owned apartment is situated on Milnerton Beach in Milnerton and boasts one of the most iconic views of Cape Town, Table Mountain. The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with balcony, is located in a security controlled complex, is self-catering, sleeps 2 guests and has direct walking access to the beach with all the luxuries one would need away from home. The apartment is tastefully furnished and located on the 1st floor with views of Table Mountain, Robben Island, Cape Town and the Atlantic Ocean. Relax on the balcony with a sunset cocktail in hand or enjoy a magnificent BBQ while taking in the amazing sounds and smells of the Ocean.
- The apartment is fully furnished and sleeps up to two guests.
- The bedroom has a queen-size bed.
- All linens and towels are provided. The apartment has one full bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
- The lounge has ample seating and has a 32 inch flat screen TV with a full DSTV selection. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the apartment for those that need to do some work or just to stay in touch with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with the regular appliances and all utensils/cutlery/crockery/glassware is provided to ensure you feel right at home. A washer/dryer combination is in the kitchen for guests staying for long periods and the apartment can be serviced Monday – Friday, non-holidays at an additional cost.
- Secure parking for 1 vehicle is available at no additional cost. A small café and bar is located on site with trading days and hours limited depending on the season. Guests that prefer public transportation: the Lagoon Beach MyCity bus stop is 400m away.
- Buses stop every 25 minutes can and take you right to the City Center/Camps Bay/Cliffton/Greenpoint/Table Mountain/V&A/Convention Center and Cape Town International Airport.
