This villa is very large, spacious, lots of windows and daylight. Each level enjoys spectacular ocean & mountain views from sunset to sundown. The villa offers a lot of living space for up to 12 people as well as great entertainment features such as wind secluded pool with terrace, BBQ, Jacuzzi (on the roof) with separate relaxing area, Separate lounge with additional TV room and a double indoor Garage Parking. The bedrooms in the house are configured as follows:

Four large en suite bedrooms have panoramic views of Campsbay beach and Lion's head. The two smaller en suite bedrooms have two single beds and bunk beds with also en suite bathrooms.

Studio: On the first floor is the Ensuite Studio loft. The Studio also enjoys its separate entrance. This stunning large Studio Loft could be ideal for a small family with a baby or a couple who would prefer a little more privacy. The Studio has a separate kitchen, ensuite bathroom, living room, and lovely loft bedroom with an open Terrace. In this living space, a separate (additional) single bed could be placed. This would be at an additional cost per night. Hence would give you the opportunity to accommodate 13 guests in total in the house.

There are two ways to enter the House, through the garage and through the front door. If required, privacy could be kept between the Studio and the rest of the House.

The villa boasts great entertainment features such as the cleverly designed, wind secluded swimming pool, a terrace for outdoor dining, a BBQ and a roof top jacuzzi with its’ own separate deck for relaxing on. e villa has a secure double indoor garage with room for 2 cars and the house is serviced by a private lift from the 1st till the 3rd floor. The bathroom amenities are from the brand O'Naturell, an eco-conscious brand, specialising in producing body care products that are non-toxic and beneficial to your health, whilst being planet friendly..

The villa is equipped with solar-power as well as a battery backup system, which powers the entire house, except for the lift, oven, aircon, underfloor heating and jacuzzi, in times of load shedding. Therefore, during loadshedding, you still have full access to all the amenities including Wi-Fi, TV, lights and wall sockets, coffee machine, cooking facilities, swimming pool, etc.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES

Check in time is from 14h00 on day of arrival. Check out time is by 10h00 on day of departure.

A late check-in fee will apply for check-ins after 8pm.

LOAD SHEDDING:

The villa is equipped with solar-power as well as a battery backup system, which powers the entire house in times of load shedding (except for the oven, aircon,

underfloor heating, lift and jacuzzi). Therefore, during load shedding you still have full access to all the amenities including Wi-Fi, TV, lights and wall sockets, coffee

machine, cooking facilities, swimming pool, etc.

STAFF:

The villa has a full time House Manager and Host who will ensure your check-in goes smoothly and will be available should you need any assistance during your stay.

The villa also has two housekeepers who provide daily cleaning, tidying and laundry services to a high standard (Monday to Friday 9h30am to 16h00). Weekend cleaning

services can be arranged at a additional fee. Pre-booking is required.

MASSAGE AT THE VILLA:

Enjoy a relaxing massage at the villa during your stay, no need to visit a SPA. We have a professional massage therapist who is specializes in different massages to help

relax the mind and body. Her contact details will be shared after the booking is confirmed.

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE:

If you wish to have a chef onsite, please don't hesitate to let me know, we work with several great chefs who can prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner or a great BBQ.
