This modern and contemporary villa is set right above the ocean overlooking beautiful False Bay, and is designed around the most spectacular 360 degree sea views. Ocean Villa is all about quality and views. The villa is very spacious, with a huge open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. All bedrooms have a modern en-suite bathroom with top quality fittings and very comfortable beds.

Open plan kitchen, lounge, dining area and sun terrace leading onto a courtyard with a pool, all with panoramic sea views. Sliding doors opening onto the veranda creating an indoor-outdoor feel. The gourmet kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with chrome appliances.
Leisure
Sunloungers by the pool to while away the day with a good book and great company in the sheltered courtyard. A relaxing sun room and various reading corners provide the perfect refuge to recharge. Set against the mountain offering unforgettable sunrises. Between August and November, the Southern Right Whales swim right in the bay, and you can watch them breach, spy hop, frolic, nurse and play – right from the comfort of the villa!
