A beautiful four bedroom family villa in Camps Bay, with excellent views and a salt water swimming pool complete with a child safety net. The house is nestled below the 12 Apostles mountains, overlooking Camps Bay and the famous Lions Head mountain. The outdoor areas predominantly face this wonderful view, with a large balcony running along the whole house and also a separate part shaded outdoor lounge seating and dining area overlooking the pool. The house faces the sunset and enjoys full sun throughout the day. The swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden deck and a beautiful Fynbos indiginous garden. For small children in the group there is a fantastic play area at the back of the house, in the shade, with astroturf flooring and various children’s play equipment. (High Chair, Cot etc is available) Inside the house, is a large open plan living room which leads up to the dining area and onto the spacious kitchen. The living room includes plenty of comfortable lounge seating, a smart TV and a fireplace. The kitchen is kitted out with everything you may need and includes a convenient breakfast bar. Three bedrooms lie along one corridor – the large master suite at the end with a king size bed (extra length), en-suite bathroom, sofa and doors opening up onto the balcony. Next door is the second double, and a childs bedroom, which share a bathroom. A third double bedroom, with Queen size bed, is slightly separate (connected to the house but lies adjacent to the lounge and opens out onto the side terrace), perfect for anyone wanting their own space and privacy. All bedrooms enjoy a sea view and bar the Master bedroom, all rooms have black out blinds / curtains. The house is perfect for a family holiday, with a lovely garden and pool, great views and a homely feel with everything you may need. There is plenty of parking and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet, yet very close to all the action. The house is just a few minutes drive down to Camps Bay, 10 minutes from the centre of Cape Town, Table Mountain and Lions Head.
