It has the following features:- 5 Bedrooms (3 upstairs and 2 downstairs) Main bedroom has a queen size bed with dressing room with bathroom en-suite with separate shower and bath. LCD Screen with satellite in the bedroom.The Main bedroom slides open onto the upper Terrace/Deck with panoramic sea views. The two bedrooms upstairs contain 2 double beds they have sea views and open onto the deck and share a separate bathroom with shower and bath. The fourth bedroom down stairs consists of two single beds it has a separate bathroom with corner bath. The fifth bedroom downstairs has two single beds with a bathroom en-suite with bath and shower and it slides open onto the back terrace. Airconditioning  is situated in all 3 bedrooms upstairs and in the living area downstairs. A Fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer )open plan with interleading open plan lounge and t.v room and dining room which leads onto the pool. Plasma T.V with satellite and a sound system in T.V room/open living area. Double Garage for two cars Heated Pool with wooden deck on the ground floor with alfresco eating area undercover but outside. Barbeque available The villa is serviced before check in and after check out and daily from Monday-Friday excluding Public Holidays.
