• South Africa experiences loadshedding (planned power outages). Please ensure you are aware of this.
• Check-ins after hours carry a fee. Please enquire about the cost.
• Any excessive usage of water or electricity will be charged for. Ask for allowance when booking or checking in.
• Housekeeping available for stays longer than 8 nights. If you are paying a discounted monthly rate the clean will be discussed with you.
• All guests making use of the premises need to register online or provide a guest list prior to booking . Copies of passports and IDs need to be provided at the check in of all pre- registered guests.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, agent and manager or staff from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to your stay at the property, including but not limited to any injury to persons or property caused by your actions or omissions.
