The ENIGMA MANSION GUESTHOUSE is a 2 story atelier at the west boundary of the ENIGMA property in Camps Bay/The Glen the most prestigious part of Cape town’s Atlantic seaboard. It can be rented on its own or in conjunction with the ENIGMA RESIDENCE all year round. In the style of grand estates of South of France of the 1960's the studio is the guesthouse to the ENIGMA Residence which lays about 100 Meters away from the Residence on the slope of a mountain. The Enigma Guesthouse is only one story on the East Side with an atelier on the first floor leading to a huge terrace with fountain, various outside sitting areas and dramatic views of the Table Mountain, the 12 Apostles and Lions Head. On the West Side however the building is 2 stories high as it has been build into the slope of a mountain. An Ultra luxurious guest bed room on the first floor is facing the West side of the property and has unobstructed views of nature resort and the ocean. Invisible and silent Air Conditioning is built into the ceiling of all rooms. Zuber Wall fabric from Paris, Antique rugs and the plushest curtains as well as a gilded poster bed and designer lamps from a Californian artist. 3D TV, Blue Ray Player and Music system with access to 90 000 Music titles. All electronics as well as AC/Alarm/Light settings/TV program selection /Satellite/Music selection etc. are controlled via an IPAD which is build into the wall and can be taken out on the push of a button.The loudspeakers in all rooms and balconies are invisible and build into the ceiling. A walk in closet with hand carved closets from Bali and a luxurious bathroom are part of this guest suite. Double doors lead to a huge balcony on the West Side with Views of the nature resort and the ocean. Couches invite for a lazy afternoon or to watch the sunset. On the ground floor are a spacious living kitchen and a staff bedroom/living room as well as a 2 car garage. This part of the Guest House is ideal for nannies or employees travelling with the guests. The room has an open floor plan with adjoining living room and kitchen outfitted with all modern appliances. The computer, under floor heating, 2 TVs, Air-conditioning, Alarms and Lights are all controlled via an IPAD. The living room of the nanny’s room leads to the east terrace and the courtyard of the studio with adjoining 2 car garage.
