This floor opens to the top veranda with outdoor seating and outdoor shower / wetroom with toilet. The designer kitchen is fully fitted with Smeg Appliances, double oven, double door fridge, dishwasher, water filter, integrated microwave and integrated under counter bar fridge. A kitchen island with bar stools provides for family / friends entertaining or one can relax on the comfy couches overlooking the ocean.

The lower level of the house hosts 4 spacious bedrooms, all en-suite. A cloakroom, casual TV lounge, laundry room and separate office leading off the main bedroom complete this floor. The comfortable TV lounge and spacious family bedroom open up to the garden, pool and boma area.

The middle and lower floors open onto a boma area with built in braai and pizza oven, outside seating for 8, additional weber braai and fridge freezer. Cutlery and braai/bbq utensils available in boma area storage. With sea views forever, easy entertaining and separate spaces to relax in, swimming pool, pizza oven and large lawn for kids to enjoy - this home is perfect for a family holiday or friends vacationing together.

Comfortably sleeps 8 with a sleeper couch that can accommodate 2 extra children by arrangement. Child safety issues: open staircases, balconies, unfenced pool with no safety net etc.

Please note that the house is built on a mountain so the walk back up from the beach can be steep and tiring. Uber is a good option. About Llandudno Llandudno lies nestled in a private and peaceful cove with one of the most secluded and beautiful beaches (blue flag status) in Cape Town. There is no commercial activity which makes this area very private and exclusive. Camps Bay and Hout Bay are only a 10 minute drive away and offer a large variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Come to a serene coastal village on the foot of Little Lion's Head Mountain and situated between Llandudno and the Sandy Bay Nature Reserve. It is 16km from Cape Town which gives this sanctuary its peaceful atmosphere, free of traffic and pollution. The beaches are clean with soft white sand and refreshing seawater.
