A sense of peace and serenity pervades the property, and there can be few things more relaxing than listening to the waves breaking on Camps Bay beach from your lounge, or lounging next to the peaceful fish pond, to escape the midday heat. One accesses the property via an elevator that comes up directly from the entrance or from the garage. The street level of the property is for the garage. The first floor houses the bedrooms, and the upper floor is the living area. Take the elevator up to the upper floor and it opens up into a very open and spacious living area. Long glass sliding doors can be opened to create a fantastic indoor/outdoor area, and you can enjoy the 90 degree sea and mountain views to the sound of waves breaking on Camps Bay beach, from the comfort of your own home. These glass doors can also be opened at the back of the property, on to a small fern-fringed courtyard area, which enjoys plenty of shade. Here you can enjoy the peace and quite in the shade, next to an elegant Fish pond. The upstairs living area is a large open plan area, and it comprises of a kitchen (with a scullery that can be screened off), a large lounge and an outdoor lounge and pool deck. A formal lounge with incredible views come off of this open plan area.
