Ellerman Villa is the ultimate in Villa Luxury – uncompromising indulgence with its own Villa Butler, Villa Chef, absolute privacy and personal attention. The serene interiors are superbly accompanied by the villa’s world-renowned art collection, which is quite easily the best private art collection in the country.

Entering the villa from the garden, the ground floor is dedicated to a sophisticated living area and entertainment area. The windows offer a seamless view out to the pool and the sea beyond. Upstairs there are 3 private bedrooms, each with a superb sea view, and 2 spa bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The rooms vary in size, style and décor but all have under floor heating, air conditioning, satellite flat screen television sets and internet connections, as well as the finest beds and bed linen. All bathrooms are equipped with heated towel rails and deluxe toiletries. The villa can be booked as a three or five-bedroom property. When booking all five bedrooms, guests have exclusive use of the spa and pool facilities. When booking three bedrooms, these are shared with guests of Ellerman House.

The main bedroom with a king size bed facing the sea has unsurpassed views and is decorated in a symphony of aqua and cool creams. It is defined by a bathroom that opens out over the sea as if on the deck of a boat.

The Lilac Room
The lilac room is also dominated by a king-size bed and has a striking Bali-style bathroom. Sweeping vistas from the bedroom and wooden decks are infinite, because the ‘balustrades’ are sheets of tempered glass, sans the visual interruptions of railings.

The Yellow Room
The yellow room, on the side of the house, looks on to the Twelve Apostles Mountains and has two single beds, both draped in plush burgundy and pale gold. The striking bathroom is etched in beautiful bold marble and travertine.

Spa Deck Room

VILLA FEATURES

• This 3 level Villa is located in the gardens of Ellerman House and boasts magnificent mountain and sea views.
• Ellerman Villa is approximately 10 minutes’ drive to the Camps Bay beachfront or the V&A Waterfront, with transfers to and from the V&A Waterfront three times a day
• Telephone, wireless internet & fax facilities are available, as well as an alarm system, security cameras, and a 24 hour security guard on patrol
• A Private chef and butler are available to guests, as well as a fully stocked fridge with luxury nibbles. Daily breakfast is also included.
• A personalised laundry service is available
• The Private Spa is available if 5 bedrooms are booked
• Due to child safety issues, no children under 12 may stay at Ellerman Villa
• The villa is equipped with a home automated system
• Transfers to and from the airport are included.

A cinema style room is fitted with a Plasma TV, DVD player, Satellite service and an extensive library of movies. A gas fire place is situated within this room.

Outdoors
The villa boasts two pools – one on the upper level and one on the spa level
The spa level pool is heated and one can relax on massage chairs
The outdoor dining area can accommodate four, and is equipped with four loungers and a braai area
