This pretty 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is more like a cottage as it has a large private terrace in a garden setting with some ocean views and a full size outdoor jacuzzi. It’s the perfect holiday rental for a small family or 2 couples, who would like the option of spending the long summer evenings outside and enjoying the sunset and cooking al fresco on the Weber BBQ. This holiday rental apartment is located in Ocean View Drive above Green Point and is very close to a MyCiti bus stop, making getting around Cape Town without a car is easy (the MyCiti makes regular trips to the Waterfront, Sea Point, Camps Bay and Cape Town city). The apartment is compact and comfortable. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge which opens onto the timber deck. It is equipped with all the normal appliances as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large 6 seater dining table opposite the kitchen. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a small en-suite with shower, toilet & basin. The guest bedroom has twin beds and the separate bathroom which services this room has a large bath, basin and toilet. The lounge is very comfortable and has a large flatcreen TV with the full DSTV bouquet and also WIFI internet with some free data included. The timber deck is furnished with some lounge furniture. A large tree provides shade and also some nice sea views over the foliage. There is also a full size jacuzzi on the deck. Servicing is once/week if the stay is 7 days or longer. Otherwise it can be provided at an additional charge. Parking is on the road where there is plenty of relatively safe parking usually available. For security there is a security gate, burglar bars and alarm.
