On the lower level is a private, fully independent apartment for two adults and two kids with kitchen and bathroom. This apartment has private access and is not accessed direct via the main house – you walk via the driveway to the main entrance.

 

The villa has sweeping views over the valley and mountains.

 

Swaanzwyk, next to Constantia, is a quiet and peaceful area with amazing views.  You are close to shopping centers and restaurants like La Colombe and Chef’s Table.
