Constantia Heights Villa is a majestic property in upper Constantia with its own boutique vineyard and Estate wine label wine. This is an immense villa with fantastic proportions and design. The villa itself comprises 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. All bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. The villa has stunning views of the mountains and gardens from the upstairs terrace and gorgeous mountain views from the living areas. The house has fabulous entertaining spaces with a large kitchen, dining and lounge area opening up onto the terrace and pool. The pool is well situated in an immaculate garden, which includes a large flat lawn, vineyard and gazebo area.

On ground level there are 2 lounges, one formal and the other a TV area. The dining area is open plan with the kitchen and formal lounge. There is also a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom. For the persons needing to work there is also a study next to the formal lounge. Upstairs there are a further four double bedrooms and one single bedroom (all en-suite). All have views of the mountains and garden. There is an adjoining guest suite that faces onto the vineyard and tennis court.

The villa is private in a security position in the prestigious Hohenort area. The villa has a security fence surrounding the whole estate which is alarmed and connected to a 24hour security company. There are also beams and cameras at the villa. There is also a house keeper who lives on the premises.

It is highly recommended for guests wanting to rest and unwind; catch some warm African sun, lounging at the pool, take a walk through the nearby vineyards, or enjoy a glass of Constantia Valley wine while watching the sun set behind the mountain.
