This gorgeous four bedroom villa is situated in a very desirable area of Constantia close to Constantia Village and to the famous wine farms of the area. It is also close to all the walking and mountain trails across Constantia. The villa has some views of the Constantia Mountains, rolling lawn and large pool. It is a superb villa, beautifully decorated that oozes charm. The villa is private over one level where guests can rest and unwind; catch some warm African sun lounging at the pool, take a walk in through the vineyards, or enjoy a glass of Constantia Valley wine while watching the sun set behind the mountain. It is a great house for families or two couples with children wanting to explore the area.
Enter the house and one will find a large entrance hall that opens onto the living area. Off this is the open plan dining/kitchen area. There is conservatory off the lounge and dining area. The lounge opens onto the covered terrace and pool area. There are 4 bedrooms at the villa. In the house there are 3 bedrooms, one with king bed and two with singles in the house. There is further king bedroom with en suite bathroom and kitchenette outside the villa.
