The house has a large deck with stunning views from both inside and outside across Clovelly Golf course towards Long Beach Noordhoek. There is a lovely fynbos garden, secluded by trees. The Table Mountain National Park is your back garden with easy access to good walks and nature. You drive up the hill overlooking the golf course, stop at the garage and then walk up the stairs through the garden where this cosy house awaits you. As you enter there's a study to your left, down a few steps is the light and sunny lounge, dining room and new kitchen. And obviously the views. Walk out on the deck for relaxing times or Al Fresco meals while you take in the beauty. You don't need to go anywhere. Braai and have fun. On the top level you'll find the en-suite bedrooms. One with extra length queen bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. Again views and more views. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Behind the house you'll find another braai spot and outside shower; very protected and private. This is a real fun cosy home with great views, a few minutes from the Fish Hoek beach and Kalk Bay restaurants. And then the famous Clovelly golf course. Go for walks in the mountain. And have fun.
