The house is made up of 3 bedrooms, all en-suite. The living areas are open plan with lovely views out to the ocean. The decor is contemporary and fresh and makes a comfortable home to relax during the days or night.
The house has plenty of parking (garage parking) but you are also able to easily walk to the beaches and bars found in Camps Bay, Bantry Bay and Sea Point. The 4 Clifton beaches are right on your doorstep – simply cross the road and walk down to the beach!
The house comes with a lift from the garage straight into the main house, if you would like to bypass the steps!
