You enter the property through a wooden gate which opens onto a courtyard and pool deck which has dining furniture and sun loungers. The living area is accessed via the floor to ceiling glass stacking doors. This luminous open-plan space offers comfortable seating and spectacular views. There is also a fully equipped kitchen on this level. On the second level of the house is an informal TV area with a study desk. Leading off from this area are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath.The second bedroom has an open-plan bathroom and third bedroom has an en-suite with a shower. All these rooms have access to a balcony with amazing views. On the lower level of the house there is a scullery, cinema room with plush couches, kitchenette and the fourth bedroom.
