500m walk from the beaches and trendy village of Camps Bay. The villa is accessible to the local bus route and we offer a shuttle service by arrangement. The villa offers secure indoor parking for 1 vehicle and safe outdoor parking is available.

Other things to note

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

We will also require a refundable breakage deposit of R20 000 to be paid via Airbnb prior to check-in/upon check-in. This will be refunded on the day of check-out if no damages are found. If damages are found the relevant charges will be applied.

The villa is best suited for families and close friends as we are in a residential area we have a strict no party rule. The Villa maintained for you by a complimentary daily housekeeper, from Monday till Friday for 4 hours per day. Saturday and Sunday are charged at an additional fee of R450 per day. This can be arranged by your host.

OUTDOOR CLEANING FEE

This property has a standard cleaning fee of R500 per week for all reservations, this includes pool, barbecue and pizza oven maintenance.

Dedicated vehicles are available on-site for all excursions and tours. *(Not included)

LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING

• Linen and towels are changed every third day.
• There is a washing machine and dryer at the property. Please liaise with host when required.
• For any washing & ironing undertaken by the house keeper, a cost of R150/load will apply – this is to be paid to host.
• Kindly note we cannot take responsibility for damage to clothes laundered by us.
