The space

The easy living villa has 4 beautiful and spacious king bedrooms with private bathrooms, TV and mood lighting. The living and dining area is stylish and elegant, and enjoys spectacular ocean views.

Guests can enjoy Alexa home automation and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

The Villa has an expansive entertainment area; 18-metre lap pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor dining and lounge area, pizza oven and gas barbecue facility; a perfect area to relax and enjoy sun-downers, with the family, take in the panoramic views and unforgettable sunsets.

Guest access

500m walk from the beaches and trendy village of Camps Bay. The villa is accessible to the local bus route and we offer a shuttle service by arrangement. The villa offers secure indoor parking for 1 vehicle and safe outdoor parking is available.

Other things to note

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

We will also require a refundable breakage deposit of R20 000 to be paid via Airbnb prior to check-in/upon check-in. This will be refunded on the day of check-out if no damages are found. If damages are found the relevant charges will be applied.

The villa is best suited for families and close friends as we are in a residential area we have a strict no party rule. The Villa maintained for you by a complimentary daily housekeeper, from Monday till Friday for 4 hours per day. Saturday and Sunday are charged at an additional fee of R450 per day. This can be arranged by your host.

Please note* The Villa allows for registered guests only and any additional unauthorised guests will be charged.

OUTDOOR CLEANING FEE

This property has a standard cleaning fee of R500 per week for all reservations, this includes pool, barbecue and pizza oven maintenance.

Dedicated vehicles are available on-site for all excursions and tours. *(Not included)

LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING

• Linen and towels are changed every third day.
• There is a washing machine and dryer at the property. Please liaise with host when required.
• For any washing & ironing undertaken by the house keeper, a cost of R150/load will apply – this is to be paid to host.
• Kindly note we cannot take responsibility for damage to clothes laundered by us.
