Ideal for a family or group of friends, the villa offers open plan living and three spacious bedrooms. It is the ideal base for a holiday, as the beach, shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. The CBD is only a short drive from the villa, and there are also tour buses which frequent the area. The modern kitchen is open plan, fully equipped and has a breakfast bar with seating for three guests. There is further seating for 10 guests in the dining area, which leads into the TV lounge, where you will find luxurious couches, a TV with satellite channels and a sound bar to listen to your favourite songs. Sliding doors from the lounge, open onto the deck. Outside there is a lovely pool deck, with sun loungers and comfortable lounge furniture. This is a fantastic spot for viewing Cape Town’s sunsets, after a day of sightseeing. All three bedrooms are decorated in pale neutral tones, are en-suite and enjoy sea views. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, while the remaining two have Queen-size beds. Those who enjoy outdoor activities will love this location, apart from the white sandy beaches of Clifton and
Camps Bay, there is a market nearby in the suburb of Hout Bay and some great running and hiking routes on the Twelve Apostles mountain range.
