Downstairs, you have a tiled entrance foyer leading into a large sun-soaked, open-plan lounge and dining room.

The dining area and kitchen have direct flow onto a tiled, covered verandah, which opens onto a level garden with jungle gym and Lion's Head views.

There is a large swimming pool, which is fenced.

The pool area is furnished with outdoor furniture and a large umbrella.

The verandah has comfortable seating from which you have a magnificent view of Lion's Head.

There is an 8-seater table on the verandah around which you can enjoy many a lazy lunch.

This part of the house is drenched with afternoon sun. Directly behind the kitchen is a utilities room, complete with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

There is a guest toilet and basin downstairs.

On the southwest side, you'll find another wing, which has a bedroom (with double bed - Queen) as well as its own en-suite consisting of toilet, basin and shower.

The playroom/TV room also opens up onto the verandah and garden. There is an additional 10-seater outdoor dining table under a tree on the north side of the house. Upstairs, you'll find the main suite complete with a King Size Extra Length bed, dressing room and luxurious bathroom.

You can enjoy a splendid view of Signal Hill whilst lying on the bed or standing at the Juliet Balcony which over looks the garden from the main bedroom.

One can see Table Mountain and the Cable Car through the oval window from the bath.

There are 2 further large bedrooms.

One room has a bunk bed (the bottom being a European double and the top being a standard single) and the other has a single child's bed and a double bed (Queen).

These 2 rooms share an interleading balcony which has views over the city.

There is a full second bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. There is a remote-controlled driveway providing off-street parking for 2 cars if parked in tandem.
