- Brownlow Villa is a special home and especially designed to feel like a house on holiday. It has an incredible atmosphere and an international charm and works like a dream.
- The interior and design is colorful, luxurious and playful. This home is situated in the heart of the charming Tamboerskloof neighbored which is easily accessible to almost everything including restaurants, coffee shops, bars, the beaches, city bowl and V & A Waterfront. The whole flow of the house is open plan lending itself to enjoy the beautiful views of Table mountain, Loins Head and the City bowl.
- There are two great indoor out door spaces, one which leads from the kitchen onto an outdoor area and another that leads from the study / piano room to an undercover, very comfortable patio area with lots of loungers and ottomans.
- Both these outdoor spaces lead to the front garden swimming pool.
- There is a formal dining space and lounge so many areas within the home to relax and enjoy. Brownlow Villa has 3 bedrooms all en-suite but can offer a 4th bedroom en-suite with a single bed.
- The main bedroom has a gorgeous king size bed with en-suite bathroom.
- The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom.
- Both bedrooms have air-con and both lead onto a balcony which offers beautiful city and Table Mountain views.
- The 3rd bedroom, which is a cooler bedroom, is en-suite with a ceiling fan and has two raised single beds.
- This room is more suited to children but can be made up as an adult friendly room.
