This home is situated in the heart of the charming Tamboerskloof neighbored which is easily accessible to almost everything including restaurants, coffee shops, bars, the beaches, city bowl and V & A Waterfront. The whole flow of the house is open plan lending itself to enjoy the beautiful views of Table mountain, Loins Head and the City bowl.
- There are two great indoor out door spaces, one which leads from the kitchen onto an outdoor area and another that leads from the study / piano room to an undercover, very comfortable patio area with lots of loungers and ottomans.
- Both these outdoor spaces lead to the front garden swimming pool.
- There is a formal dining space and lounge so many areas within the home to relax and enjoy. Brownlow Villa has 3 bedrooms all en-suite but can offer a 4th bedroom en-suite with a single bed.
- The main bedroom has a gorgeous king size bed with en-suite bathroom.
- The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom.
- Both bedrooms have air-con and both lead onto a balcony which offers beautiful city and Table Mountain views.
- The 3rd bedroom, which is a cooler bedroom, is en-suite with a ceiling fan and has two raised single beds.
- This room is more suited to children but can be made up as an adult friendly room.
