Belize offers secure parking, which leads directly into the property. The modern kitchen is open plan and overlooks the living room. It is complete with gas stove top, convection ovens and opaque glass cupboards. The living room is beautifully furnished in shades of cool greens set against chrome features and natural earth toned accessories. Concertina wooden doors open up into a conservatory, which overlooks the pool area. Wicker furniture, a large white washed feature mirror and old furnace make this a wonderful retreat any time of year. Leading off the kitchen and living room is the dining area with large, ten seater wooden dining table. Custom shelving and unique wall art frame this space perfectly. For cooler evenings this room can be heated by gas fireplace. The three bedrooms are on the upper level. The master bedroom enjoys a large, sea facing balcony and en suite bathroom. A free standing bath, his and her basins, shower and heated towel rails are neatly concealed by custom American shutters. The second bedroom, across the hall, has a smaller mountain facing balcony. The en suite bathroom and walk in cupboard are spacious, featuring essential heated towel rails, bath and large shower. The third room is also mountain facing and has two single beds which can be converted to a queen upon request. This room has a dedicated bathroom at the end of the hall with bath only but also offers heated towel rails. The outside garden area, which leads off the kitchen and conservatory, has a deep blue swimming pool overlooking the terraced garden below. There is an additional laundry room and guest bathroom on the lower level and the property is secured by alarm system.
