Azure Blue
Llandudno lies nestled in a private and peaceful cove with one of the most secluded and beautiful beaches (blue flag status) in Cape Town. There is no commercial activity which makes this area very private and exclusive. Camps Bay and Hout Bay are only a 5 minute and 10 minute drive away respectively and offer a large variety of bars, restaurants and shops.
Come to a serene coastal village on the foot of Little Lion's Head Mountain and situated between Llandudno and the Sandy Bay Nature Reserve. It is 16km from Cape Town which gives this sanctuary its peaceful atmosphere, free of traffic and pollution. The beaches are clean with soft white sand and refreshing seawater. There is only one entrance into the area and 24-hour security / medical presence. If you heard that Cape Town has a laid back atmosphere you aint seen nothing until you come and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul in one of the most beautiful places nature has provided.
Azure Blue is a beautiful and stylish holiday house, offering guests uninterrupted sea views from every angle. Comfortably sleeps 8 to 10 guests with four bedrooms en suite, all opening onto a wrap-around balcony with panoramic sea views and a study with a double bed to accommodate 2 extra guests.
Upper Level
Reception area leading to fully fitted kitchen, open plan dining and entertainment area with a small bar and comfortable lounge / TV room - all leading onto terrace with extensive views of Llandudno ocean, beach and mountains. Exterior table and chairs provide for alfresco dining and couches make for the perfect reading nook or for the enjoyment of cocktails and canapes. There is a cloakroom and double garage behind the kitchen. Azure Blue is fitted with an alarm system using cameras.
Second Level
The middle level of Azure Blue contains the generous bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite with shower and bath tub and provide exquisite views of the sea. Whales and dolphins can be seen frolicking in the ocean. There are exterior couches on the terrace to lounge on.
Lower Level
The lower level contains the swimming pool and garden area, pool room with bar and laundry room. Pool will be full and operational for duration of guest stay.
There is also a domestic room on the property if needed.
