Alternatively, Sea Point and Camps Bay shops, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance, and the house is located close to many tourist hot spots such as Table Mountain, Clifton & Camps Bay beaches, and the V&A Waterfront.

The space

There are two off-street parking areas that are level with the entrance floor, offering easy, direct access. The entrance floor offers a tastefully designed open-plan kitchen, dinning room and lounge with large glass sliding doors opening onto a pool and deck. Upstairs there are three 3 bedrooms (main en-suite) with glass doors leading onto a wrap around balcony, an open study area and an additional full bathroom with a double basin. On the lowest level there is large open area with a gym, full bathroom and playroom that leads out onto a patch of AstroTurf.

Guest access

Guests have full access to all parts of the house with the exception of the cupboards in the playroom area.

Other things to note

The pool is serviced weekly on a Wednesday. Garbage collection is also on a Wednesday.
