• The two bedroom Aqua Villa penthouse is private, fully self-contained and separate from the main house.
• Each bedroom, forty four squared meters in size, offers an en-suite bathroom and a delightful mountain view.
• Each bedroom offers an amazing panoramic view of the scenic background that encompasses the property.
• Included in all the rooms are air conditioning/heating facilities with under floor heating in each bathroom.

APARTMENT FEATURES (Penthouse)

• Guests staying in the main house and the penthouse can enjoy communal use of a fully equipped laundry room.
• The penthouse is fitted with a private five meter by two meter plunge pool that offers guests a magnificent sun deck with day bed.  Both are ideal for relaxation and tanning.
• A fully equipped kitchen is provided for convenient meal preparations.
• Much like the main house, the penthouse is also fitted with lift facilities that boast a stunning sea view.
• A single, secure garage provides parking for guests.
• Again, included in the penthouse are spacious outdoor terraces, complete with viewing decks, comfortable loungers, tables and chairs.
• Similarly, Satellite TV, a DVD player, telephone, ADSL and Wi-Fi features are included for convenience.
• Like the main house, a monitored electronic security system, with external beams and security cameras, is included to ensure the safety of guests staying in the penthouse.
• Penthouse services are also available three times a week, whilst additional services can be arranged upon request.

Please note this villa is not suitable for children under 6 years due to safety issues, for example; steep drops from terraces, open stairways, and a deep swimming pool
