The 3 bedroom Aqua House is private, fully self-contained, and separate from the Aqua Penthouse. BEDROOM DETAILS

• The main house offers guests three spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
• Two of the bedrooms, each fifty squared meters in size, offer magnificent sea views, whilst the third bedroom, a slightly smaller thirty five squared meters, boasts a stunning mountain view.
• Each bedroom boasts a King size bed with extravagant bedding and mattresses for maximum comfort.
• Each bedroom provides a secure safe for guests to lock their valuables.
• An additional guest bathroom is included for convenience.
• Air conditioning/heating facilities are included in all rooms guaranteeing guests a comfortable climate at any point during their stay.

VILLA FEATURES

• An outdoor dining area offers space for up to twelve guests, with a built-in barbecue which is ideal for meal preparation.
• The main house also includes a private gym with a superb sea view and a large, ten meter by four point five meter, private swimming pool.
• Also offered is a fully equipped kitchen and scullery, ideally suited for before and after meal preparations.
• A convenient lift, also with a beautiful sea view, facilitates easy access for the guests to the house.
• Guests staying in the main house and the penthouses can enjoy communal use of a fully equipped laundry room.
• The main house offers guests a secure double garage, in which they can park their vehicles.
• The main house boasts extensive outdoor terraces and balconies completely furnished with loungers, sofas and daybeds ensuring complete relaxation for guests.
• Satellite TV, a DVD player, telephone, computer, printer/fax/scanner, ADSL and Wi-Fi features are included for occupants to enjoy.
• Under floor heating is offered in all the bathrooms in the main house so as to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable climate at all times.
• The main house is monitored by an electronic security system with exterior beams and cameras, providing peace of mind and security for Aqua Villa’s occupants.
• Guests can enjoy a full Villa service three times a week and can also arrange additional in-house services should they wish.

Please note this villa is not suitable for children under 6 years due to safety issues, for example; steep drops from terraces, open stairways, and a deep swimming pool. Due to the water restrictions in Cape Town, all bath plugs from the tubs have been removed and the laundry room is closed.
