The space

This luxurious 200m² duplex is one of only two apartments making up the property. It is in a safe, quiet cul-de-sac with ample off-street parking. Step outside to explore forest paths in Table Mountain National Park, or drive just 5 minutes to the city centre and beaches, with the airport just 20 minutes away.

Please note: This upmarket neighborhood is not suitable for parties, events or excessive noise.

Each uniquely styled bedroom offers a special touch: the Flamingo Vista suite with its wrap-around balcony; the Zebra Zone suite with its garden scenery; the enormous Leopard Lair annex with its private terrace. (The king-size bed in the Leopard Lair can also be converted to two singles on prior request.)
