- Policies: The entire apartment is yours to use, however we ask that you please consider the neighbours with regards to noise levels. A communal pool can be used, again, adhering the general rules of the shared apartment block and the water restrictions in Cape Town. Rowdy and Noisy guests will not be tolerated in this communal space. If you smoke please use the balcony but do not throw your cigarettes in the street, use the bin instead. The balcony railings may also not be used as a washing line, please hang clothing to dry on rack provided. Lastly, please note that I charge a late checkin fee for past 20h00 arrivals, this can be paid cash on arrival at R300 alternatively you can use the self checkin facility.
